Recruitment Process

Step 1 – Find an open job position

Step 2 – Send your application online

Provide us with your current CV, cover letter, related certificates and job references online via our email. To analyze if you fit to the open position we will check your experiences, professional expertise, study background and your motivation to be a part of our company.

Step 3 – Personal interview in the Recruitment process

As a first step we will invite you to a telephone interview with our HR department. 

After the first contact we will have a personal interview together with the operating department and HR. Depending on the job position a second interview will follow to clear all open questions on both sides. 

During the last interview steps you will be able to get an insight into our office location, ask about daily work routine and meet your potential future team members.

Step 4 – Decision & Contract

If both sides made a positive decision and all open questions has been answered contract details will be defined.

Step 5 – Onboarding & Induction

On your first day at our company you will receive all details for an easy and efficient start. There will be a welcome meeting together with HR and your department head and you will receive a personal Induction Plan to guide you through the first six months of your employment.
